It’s welcome to let your children work in our factory in summer holiday. Nowadays, most of the children are the only child, so we support you to make them join in the social practice actively to have the spirit of working hard. Therefore, our factory recruits some summer workers termly every year to offer them the chance of practice.
The arrangments for the summer workers as follows:
1. We’ll give your children the relax and safe job with the regular working time.
2. Before working, we will train them to know our basic regulations, the knowledge of safety and so on to let them join in the job as soon as possible.
3. As for working in the summer holiday, our factory will sign a contract with your children where there is are working days, ambilatered responsibilities, working time, reward and so on to guarantee their rights.
We hope you’ll give them independent working time, what’s more, please pay attention to their study as well.
